The Accountability You’ve Been Avoiding
You already know what you should be doing. You buy the gym memberships, you scroll past the fitness accounts feeling a familiar hit of guilt, and you tell yourself that next Monday, you’re "finally getting serious."
But the gap between knowing and doing is vast, and right now, your body is the visible symbol of that gap.
For over a decade, I navigated the high-pressure corporate grind at Google in London. I know how easy it is to let a demanding career become the excuse for a body you aren't proud of. But I also know what it takes to demand more of yourself.
As a former member of the US national team for rowing and bronze medalist at the World Championships, captain of Yale Crew, and Ironman, my foundation is built on absolute discipline and elite execution. Today, as a personal trainer, my mission is straightforward: I take gay men who are tired of starting and stopping, and I give them the system and the uncompromising accountability they need to finally change.
I achieved my results 100% naturally, and that’s how I coach. If you’re looking for unattainable, steroid-fueled Instagram illusions, look elsewhere. But if you are ready for someone to hold you to a higher standard — and actually give you the tools to reach it — you’re in the right place.
